Take a look at some of the things I’ve helped to create.
TD.com Responsive Website
I’ve helped redesign several high-profile sections of the TD Canada Trust responsive website, from envisioning and research to conceptualizing and prototyping high-level designs with Mobile-responsive and best UX practices. Some of my highlights include:
TD New To Canada
Cross Border Banking – Interactive Training App
Working with Patio Interactive during my senior year of undergraduate, I conceptualized a skeleton version of a TD Bank game using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Flash) in order to simulate several scenarios of customers needing assistance with Cross-Border Banking. I was in charge of designing conceptual artwork and frames, creating the user journey and storyboards, and programming the application through Flash. The end product was a working prototype of the game which served as the foundation for Patio Interactive’s final product for TD.

Pathfinder – Augmented Reality Mobile App
Pathfinder was done as a proof-of-concept for an augmented-reality mobile app during my senior year of undergraduate. The app’s purpose was to help users find routes based on GPS foot traffic, with data ingested from both external sources (Google) and other users’ information. My process included defining requirements for users, creating journey maps and flows, storyboarding scenarios for ideal use cases, and presenting a project pitch for the application which combined unique experiences (augmented reality) with a practical solution for every day problems.

UTMPost – Mobile Newsletter App
This app was conceptualized with two classmates during my senior year of undergraduate. The app’s purpose was to help users find digital advertisements regarding University events and material by custom-tailoring ad notifications and genres to the user. Our main tasks included conducting field research and gather user testing information to determine the optimal design for notifying users (Push vs. Pull, Text vs. Graphics), developing low and mid-fidelity sketches and designs, and conducting mock prototype testing with paper prototypes.

LeagueStrat – Integrated Big Data App
This project was developed during my senior year in University with a group of classmates. The application’s purpose was to serve as a tool to help players during their play of the online game “League Of Legends”, and used IBM’s Watson as a corpus to learn about the game’s strategy and details in order to serve its purpose. The concept was then proposed as a business idea to a panel of professionals for its final test, which was received positively for its ability to add high value for little cost.

Furnal Equinox – Responsive Website
As the former Communications Coordinator for Anthropomorphic Events of Ontario, one of my responsibilities was updating and maintenance the organization’s convention website. I developed early wireframe designs for the navigation and detailed design(s). Additionally I helped develop content focused on combining concise, relevant information with a user-focused writing style and visual branding that fit the organization’s voice and tone.
